How to worship Mata Skandamata?

On the fifth day of Chaitra Navratri 2023, wake up early in the morning and take a bath.

After this, start preparing to worship the Mata.

Install the idol, photo, or statue of this divine form of Durga Maa on a wooden post after consecrating it with Ganges water.

Furthermore, offer things like kumkum, akshat, flowers, fruits, etc., to Maa Skandamata.

After this, offer sweets to the Maata. You can also make a kheer offer as Prasad for people. Banana food is very dear to the Maata.

Move ahead with your rituals by offering Bhog and lighting a ghee lamp in front of the idol of the goddess.

After lighting the lamp, worship and meditate on the Maa Skandamata with true devotion.

After worship, perform the Aarti of the Mata and ring bells to praise her. You should also recite Maa Skandamata Katha on this occasion.
